Kaze looks at saki with a stern look''You won't do anything other than stay still and quiet''then looking at soifon''And you should learn to control yourself''kaze gives a big sigh''there's far too many hot heads in this room''

"look this whole thing isn't right in the first place,moriko-chan can't help she was born with her demon and no one had a problem with it before and she's not in souldoceity so why don't you all leave her alone" Saki reasoned while giving Kaze a definat look.

"You have no right to tell me what to do, you two." Soi Fon said coldly.

"Enough!" Yamamoto shouted, "Now you either surrender or we use force!"

"I will never let you hurt Moriko-chan!" Toushirou shouted.

"Nor will I!" Shuhei shouted.

"Me either!" Rangiku shouted.

"Very well..." Yamamoto said. "All Captain's of the 1st Gotei attack them!"

"No... NO!" Moriko shouted. And with that, many ice crystals appeared all around Toushirou, Saki, Shuhei, Rangiku, and Moriko, stopping the Captain's from getting any closer.

Moriko then collasped onto the ground.

"Moriko-chan!" Toushirou cried, running over to her.

Lani jumped up so he that he was behind the captains. His face dulled again. " If you want me come and get me..."

kuragari entered the room at that time "yama-jii stip this if you would be so kind"

(ooc: i'm taking yamamoto back now)

Yamamoto looked kuragari sternly "kasumi do not stand in the way of the law"
kuragari chuckled "i'm sure we can just banish her and leave her in the care of kisuke....after all given a few days kisuke should be able to seal the demon anyway"

yamamoto sighed "very well.....i hereby banish moriko hitsuguya to the human world and forbid her from ever setting foot in soul society again........." then he turned to his captains "all of you are to stand down and return to soul society at once..........oh and kasumi.........i suggest you keep a close eye on the senkai gates........it will be your responsibility from now on to watch it......."

kuragari chuckled "i will accept that request yama-jii"

Lani sighed. "I'm glad thats over...but what about her family? " he asked worried. " She has a brother you know...What does he do without her?"

"moriko-chan..."Saki stuttered seeing her friend in that unciouis state. Her eyes were side with water slowly coming out of them as tears.THis was all their fault soulcoiety's fault,or rather Yamamoto's.

Kaze look's at lani''He learns to take care of himself that's what a man need's to learn how to stand on his own two legs and you kuragari you took your sweet time this was like a powder keg here and this guys were doing everything to set it off''

"Moriko-chan, are you alright?" Toushirou asked.

Moriko opened her eyes, but barely. She had used up almost all of her spiritual energy.

"I-I'm okay..." Moriko whispered.

"Come on, we've got to get you medical help." Toushirou said, but as he stood up Moriko grabbed his arm and shook her head.

"No... please don't..." Moriko whispered, tears starting to run down her face.

"moriko-chan...what are you saying?"Saki asked her voice cracked with sadness.

"It's time that.... I go now..." Moriko replied.

"No... you can't Moriko-chan! You just can't!" Toushirou cried.

"moriko-chan don't leave us please"Saki cried

(Ooc: Oh my... i missed a quite a bit.... hope its ok that Kaien pops up)

"Oi oi, whats going on here." Kaien muttered with a yawn " all the yelling and whatnot, bakas."

Kaien Tadashi the twin older brother of Allura Tadashi, and former 4th Espada appeared out of no where. He left Hueco Mundo and joined the Soul Society knowing that Kumiko was the 2nd Divison Taicho of the 2nd Gotei, who had kept him secret from the other shinigamis and captains of either Gotei. Then some things happened and Kumiko left and he left also following after Kumiko. And here he is now taking refuge for the time being in Urahara Kiskue Shop.

'Its not point of him being a man everyone needs family..." He muttered saly looking downa the terrible seen. " You all pushed her away so much...that it started killing her..."

Moriko then started to slowly disappear.

"Moriko-chan, no!" Toushirou cried, tears starting to fall. Toushirou never cried, but this, he couldn't stop himself.

"Rangiku-san... thank you for giving me such wonderful advice when I needed it..." Moriko whispered.

"You don't have to thank me..." Rangiku said, through tears.

"Shuhei-kun...? You know I've always loved you... right...?" Moriko whispered.

"Yes.... and I've always loved you... Moriko-chan...." Shuhei said, trying to hold back tears.

"Saki-chan, you've been the most wonderful friend anyone could ever have..." Moriko whispered once more.

"And Nii-san.... your the best brother in the whole world... and no one could ever replace you..." Moriko whispered once last time. "Thank you... all of you..."

And with that, Moriko had disappeared, leaving only her uniform and captain's Haori.

"Moriko-chan.... MORIKO-CHAN!!!!" Toushirou shouted.

occ: this is so sad... i almost cried typing this... T_T

Kaien stood off on the side-lines watching the events unfold around him. Seeing the Chibi-Taichos sister Moriko lose her postion of captaincy.... the emotions.... it reminded him about his litte twin sister Allura...

He shook his head to clear his thoughts, and rid the emotions. He walked and behind Moriko and placed a hand on her shoulder and looked at Toushiro with blue twilight colored eyes.

"Oi, Chibi. She'll be ok," said Kaien in his deep voice.

Lani just watched as it happened. When ever he saw death coming, he stay quite in respect. He figured he didn't know enough about her to have the rightes to grieve with her close friends and family. "I'm Sorry Toushirou-san..." he muttered, not looking him in the eye or face. He hated doing that when people cried. He didn't really know how to give comfort.

kuragari stood watching "...........The chances of her being re-incarnated are high......however as what type of being....well that all depends on what happens in the darkness.........hmm.........i wonder....will it be arrancar.......blank.........shininju.........human.........or........even...........zanpacktou.....hmm........we'll just have to wait and see" then he looked to kaze "gomene on being late but there was a matter i had to look into before coming here"

urahara sighed "well.......lets wait and see then huh?"

Hueco Mundo:

Aizen holding the hogyoku went into the darkness finding a lost soul "ho? moriko hitsuguya-chan? well lets turn you into something interesting" he held the hogyoku up and absorbed the soul into it before returning to hueco mundo there he found a vastro lorde and combined the soul with it transforming it into a female arrancar "awaken now....Rai" he calmly stated

"mor...r-riko..chan"Saki stuttered her eyes filling slowly with water.

All this happened because of his crazy banishimenting of her.It was all his fault,all those people who thought MOriko needed to be banished,all those people who didn't know how kind she was.Moriko she honestly was a sister to Saki and now even she was gone.Just like that everyone goes. First her brother,then Kumiko and now Moriko-chan there was no point in every being close to anyone.SHe wanted to be happy in this life but all those that made her happy were almost gone,all that left was Toushiro and she know belived he would be gone too.

after a few minutes ,unable to see her face,she spoke softly yet her tone was strong "well..now..your p-promblem of Moriko-chan's demon..is ...solved"she nearly choked on saying her dead friend's name. SHe contuied ,to merely be silent,a tear falling from her cheek.

Kaze looked at Kuragari''Busy ah well no point in asking with what so how bad do you think this lottle turn of events is going to be''

Lani walked over to Toushirou and Saki, extenting his hand to help them up. "This isn't the end...merely just a new begining..." The same words his older brother used to comfort him with. THe only thing he could think of to help the two.

kuragari sighed "i have a very bad feeling about all of this kaze....." then he turned to saki "don't forget that i'm the one who taught you all swordsmanship in the academy......i....also feel quite sad about this......but now......your wrong about the demon problem......it has only just begun........but there is something else........something else for us to worry about.........................but i cannot quite say yet........" then he turned to toushirou "now.......you know half of my pain............for ive lost my sister.....twice....." and with that he sat down to think over all that had occured there that day.

"what do you mean?"Saki asked "for once can't you tell us the whole story?" she asked tears still in her eyes.

Lani gave Saki a hankerchief, looking at Kuraguri. "Yes, please explain what you think is going to happen, with all do respect sir..." he asked politely.

kuragari looked at saki "which part of my statement are curious about saki?......the part i cant say yet........or toushirou understanding half my pain?"
