| nope you can RP at any time there are just certain things that you must get approved for the RP like say UA wanted to be primera espada in RP he'd have to have it approved by me......but then out of RP on the regular topics he'd still be a nobody until he meets the point requirements.......see? or in RP a charecter may explain Ban-Kai training but not be allowed to use it until they get the propper 1000 points outside of RP | |

| you need 700 to acquire rank but 1000 to acquire ban-kai......unless of course you become a captain by rank then you automatically get ban-kai | |
